Organized case folders and documents prepared for review

What “intake” means here

Case intake is the controlled start of a documentation engagement. It is not a public tip line. You (or your nominated counsel) instruct us; we then receive materials under agreed access rules and begin the chronology for the financial audit file.

Step 1 — Enquiry without tip detail

Send a short message via Contact describing:

  • Audit stage (planning, fieldwork, completion)
  • Whether an audit committee date is fixed
  • Approximate tip volume and languages
  • Preferred meeting location (KITEC, your offices, or secure remote)

Avoid naming the reporter or pasting tip text in the first email.

Step 2 — Scoping call

We confirm whether Whistleblower Case Documentation, Confidential Intake Interviews, a Briefing Pack, or a combination fits. You receive a fee range and a draft engagement note covering confidentiality, deliverables, and deposit.

Step 3 — Secure transfer

Only after the engagement note is accepted do we receive tip exports, interview candidates’ contact details, or ledger extracts. Transfer methods follow your firm’s or company’s approved channels.

Step 4 — Working draft window

You see a draft chronology and evidence index structure early, so the engagement partner can redirect scope before final writing. Revisions stay within the two rounds included unless we agree an extension.

Step 5 — Handover

Final files are delivered with a short walkthrough. Open items are listed for the audit team. If a committee pack is needed, we schedule that work against your pack-lock date.

What we need from you

A named instructor, clarity on who may read drafts, and honest timing on committee or filing deadlines. If counsel already holds privilege over parts of the matter, tell us before materials are shared.
